There is a "Aastha" Channel and every morning (5:30am) and evening (around 730pm) there is a program on YOGA by baba Ramdev.
I would recommend you to try out some 'Pranayam' and Yoga exercises . They are really nice.

my main problem is i cant have sound sleep.whenever i go to sleep my mind thinks of something negative.like that lady has not done the right thing,or wife is not abiding by me etc etc.so i cant have good sleep.once sleep is brocken at 5 am it wll never have for more time.pl advise me to develop good sleep.

I am 33 years old. A practising CA. So I have work on computer & table for 12 hours a day. 4 years ago I was suffering from spondalitis. But after some excercise it was ok. Now for the last 2 months there is a pain in my left arm & hand.

I am 45 years old..white spots have started appearing on my forehead, legs and in 2 spots in my hairs. I have hypo thyroid for the last 9yrs and have been taking eltroxcin tablet. Recently after blood tests I was told to stop having sugar as I had blood sugar in post test but within the normal range in fasting, then I also had cholestrol 288. For the last 4 months I am totally off sugar, ghee and oil n I have lost 13 Kgs wt. I have seen u on TV n have been doing your asanas regularly though with not much help. I know ramdev ji teachings are good. Becuase i had been searching for a good leader who will not make me leave my family and belongings to work in his ashram.

Some of the yoga and spiritual teachers are fraud. One of the main fraudster is Asaram bapu, who is fraud, hypnotiser, land grabber, conman, ex convict, and currently has numerous cases in court. In the name of spiritualty They insist upon the full dedication of followers' lives to the leader and his/her mission. This can include turning over all funds and possessions, leaving school and employment, and volunteering full time to help the leader. It may also mean breaking off relationships with family and friends not affiliated with the group.

Asaram Bapu ashram devalue other teachings and beliefs. This may take the form of regarding the Asaram Bapu's teachings as Divine revelation, or as an exclusive and final truth.

Would you say that your spiritual aspirations and your desire to follow Asaram Bapu and to advance Asaram Bapu’s mission has become very important to you now? Do you still pursue your personal goals and dreams that you had before you joined the group?

you will get shocking answerrs to the above questions. By giving you a prescript answers they brainwash you . You went to improve your life and health by spiritualty but now you will be a slave working in ashram. But now they implanted in your mind your freinds and fmaily are materialistic people so now you live in ashrma and serve guru. You are given chanting and mantras in most of them what you do is pray the guru instead of god.

I have a 13 year old son suffering fron ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder).He is very very hyper and uncontrollable.I am not able to keep my child with me as I am a working woman and it is not an easy task to handle him. He is in a special school in Hyderabad. He comes home in April (during summer vacations) and goes back in mid june. He is already under medical supervision for the last 7 - 8 years. He is a lovely child and is phisycally normal. He can understand and also speak but is child like, below is actual age.I would only request you to keep him under your personal supervision so that he comes to NEAR NORMAL situation if not abselutely normal. I want and wish that he becomes quiter and cooler so that he listens to what we say. I pray to the almighty for the well being of all such children and also pray to god not to punish the parents by blessing them with such type of special children.

My son 15 year old suffering from severe head ache since last one year . When headache occure he cannot see properly for more than 2 hours after two hours he would be ok . I have consulted a Doctor Neorsurgeon he advised that this is because of migrain. Please advice us some yoga and medicine for cure this deaseas of my son.

I am doing yoga since last one and half year and feel very good in some problems.But my face still have lot of Pimpals.I am 40 yrs old lady and have irregular periods.Are these do irregular periods.

Pranam gurudev, I m from Indonesia and want to reduce my weight. I am 49 years old and am suffering from thyroid since 10 years. It is normal but as soon as I stop the medicine I begin to face problems. I m doing yoga and prayanam since last 10 years in the morning everyday for one hour but I didn’t reduce my weight.
